Board Meetings

We will be holding our public meetings consistently at 8:00 PM on the second Wednesday of each month throughout the year. Agendas and a Zoom link to access the meeting will be sent via email prior to each meeting. Your feedback is important to us and is welcome at every meeting. If there is anything that you - as a stakeholder in this organization - want us to discuss/add to the agenda (even if you can’t attend a scheduled meeting), simply send an email to [email protected] and we will discuss it on your behalf.

Our primary concerns for the fall are developing a reasonable budget, hiring professional varsity coaches, identifying potential youth coaches, and scheduling clinics.
